Piña Colada Beach Cocktail
The piña colada is one of the most popular beach cocktails and is easy to make. In a blender, combine 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, and 1/2 cup of rum. Blend until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
Blue Hawaiian Cocktail
Create this beach cocktail by mixing 1/2 cup of white rum, 3/4 cup of blue curaçao, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup of sweet and sour mix. Shake with ice and pour into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge.
Coconut Mojito
This beach cocktail is perfect for beach lovers who want something light and refreshing. Put 10 mint leaves in a shaker with 2 tablespoons of simple syrup, 1 ounce coconut rum, and the juice from one lime. Long Island Iced Tea

Bonus recipe Watermelon Margarita Slushie
Blend 1/2 cup chopped watermelon, 2 tablespoons agave syrup, 2 ounces tequila, and 1 ounce lime juice until smooth. Serve in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
