Easy St. Patrick’s Day Midori Sour Beach Cocktail

As promised, this is an easy-to-follow recipe to make a St. Patrick’s Day Midori Sour Beach cocktail at home. Look at the fun green color!

Isn’t it fun to enjoy a holiday theme with a beach cocktail? That’s why I love this one so much. It’s easy, and the color is amazing. I have put a link below to ALL the easy-to-make beach cocktail recipes.

For me gone are the days of going out to the bar. I prefer to stay home and not drive.

I rate St. Patrick’s Day with New Year’s Eve. Amateur night. The reason is many years ago, my husband and I were sideswiped and ran off the road but a drunk driver on St. Patrick’s Day.

Whether you are at the beach or home celebrating, this fun Midori Sour Beach Cocktail is for St. Patrick’s Day. It is actually perfect for any day you want to add a little green fun.

Ingredients in a Midori Sour Beach Cocktail

1 ounce Midori

1 ounce Vodka

1/2 ounce lemon juice

1/2 ounce lime juice

Club soda

Put all ingredients in a shaker cup except for the club soda. Shake. Pour into a fun beach tumbler and add ice and club soda to the top of the glass.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.

That’s it! You can make a few adjustments. They are:

Use premade sour mix. For me, the fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice makes all the difference.

For a sweeter, sour (although that is an oxymoron) use Sprite.

And there you have it. A delicious green Midori Sour Beach Cocktail not only perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, but any day you want a little bit of green in your life.
