Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail Easy Fall cocktail Recipe

The first time I ever enjoyed a White Russian was in Las Vegas many, many years ago. And I love them as much today as I did then. This Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail takes this fan favorite and turns it into an Autumn treat.

Now I do need to mention that my first White Russian knocked me for a loop! You know how it is in Vegas. As long as you’re playing something, they’ll keep bringing you cocktails.

My husband and I were playing Blackjack. And the waitress kept bringing cocktails.

Fast-forward to cocktail number who knows what and Denise is tipsy. I kept losing my money, so I kept stealing my husband’s money so that I could keep playing.

I honestly think I was in bed by 8 p.m. that first night in Las Vegas. So I want you to be aware of this because the Pumpkin Spice version has two different types of alcohol.

Ready? Let’s make a delicious Fall cocktail that you will enjoy right into winter.

Pumpkin spice White Russian Cocktail Ingredients

1 ounce Vodka

3/4 ounce Kahlua

1 ounce Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Whipped Cream

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail Instructions

Pour the vodka, Kahlua and creamer into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Before pouring into the glasses, rim the glass with a pumpkin pie spice and sugar mixture.

Pour cocktail into your glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a little Pumpkin Pie Spice for the garnish. That’s it.

A regular White Russian has Baileys in place of the creamer. You can try 1/2 ounce Baileys with 1/2 ounce creamer for a lighter Pumpkin flavor.

Let me know how you like it. Salute!

The cocktails below are also perfect for Fall and Winter
