How To Make A Banana Daiquiri Delicious Beach Cocktail Recipe

Love bananas? How about daiquiris? Then you are going to absolutely LOVE this beach cocktail recipe for how to make a Banana Daiquiri at home.

Like pineapples, bananas scream beach to me. Instantly transports me to fun, hot summer days spent outdoors or lying on the beach.

Not as heavy as the Dirty Banana Cocktail or Bushwhacker, but just as delicious. And you can change this cocktail up easily. Add strawberries and turn it into a strawberry banana daiquiri.

You can use a premade mix but in my opinion, they taste so much better when made from scratch. Below are the easy-to-follow instructions to for making a Banana Daiquiri. I’ve also put links to other delicious beach cocktails below.

Banana Daiquiri Ingredients

• 1 banana sliced. Medium is the best size.
• 1 shot of your favorite rum. For this cocktail, I prefer a light rum.
• 1/2 ounce triple sec
• 1/2 ounce lime juice. Fresh squeezed is best.
• 1 teaspoon sugar (More or less to taste. I use less.)

Pull the ingredients together and take out your blender. Add 1 cup ice to the blender followed by the rest of the ingredients listed above.

Blend first at a low speed to break up the ice then another minute or so at high speed. When smooth pour into a glass and enjoy!

You can garnish with a lime slice and a cherry. Or even a banana and a cherry. Whatever you have on hand. Salute!
