Banana Daiquiri Ingredients
- 1 banana sliced. Medium is the best size.
- 1 shot of your favorite rum. For this cocktail, I prefer a light rum.
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce lime juice. Fresh squeezed is best.
- 1 teaspoon sugar (More or less to taste. I use less.)
Pull the ingredients together and take out your blender. Add 1 cup ice to the blender followed by the rest of the ingredients listed above.
Blend first at a low speed to break up the ice then another minute or so at high speed. When smooth pour into a glass and enjoy!
You can garnish with a lime slice and a cherry. Or even a banana and a cherry. Whatever you have on hand. Salute!
