Holly Jolly Santa Hat Jello Shots For Christmas
Have a holly jolly Christmas with this Santa Hat Jello Shots! I have been having an absolute blast trying all these new Christmas and Holiday cocktails. Most have been with a beach spin to it, which makes it even more fun.
For today’s cocktail and actually the last Christmas themed cocktail for this year, we have decided to do a cute, fun jello shot. Jello shots are fun all the time, and what better for a Santa themed shot than something that jiggles.
Easy too! Ready to get started? Perfect. Let’s get the list of ingredients together.

- Strawberries. Fresh is always best. Be sure to wash the strawberries and remove any leaves/stems.

Now that you have everything pulled together, let’s make some shots!
First, place the jello mix into a mixing bowl and add the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Let cool a bit.
Next, add both the cold water and the vodka. Continue stirring, then let cool until there is no more steam rising from the bowl.
Grab a tray or cookie sheet that will fit into your refrigerator. Line up your jello shot cups. Fill the cups with the jello shot mixture. Put into the refrigerator to let sit until you are ready to serve.
Before serving, add the whipped cream to the top of the jello shot, then place the strawberry upside (little part on top). Add a dot of whipped cream to the top of the strawberry to make it look like Santa’s hat.
And that is it! How easy right? If you want to make non-alcoholic shots, use 1 cup cold water, eliminating the vodka.
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much I do. Salute!
p.s. I forgot to take pics before I handed them out. I’ll get a better pic than the one shown next time I make them. I tried to fix it and that didn’t work very well.
