The prettiest color pink is what you will see with this Beach House Cosmo Cocktail. And it’s perfect right now as well for Valentine’s Day as well as we move toward Spring and Summer.
Pretty in pink is what it should be called, but the bartender called it a Beach House Cosmo, so that is what we are going with. But pretty pink too!
I gave it a go a few weeks ago. Honestly? I have never a cosmo before. This was the first time. Guess what? It’s delicious.

It’s just easier when you have what you need within your arm’s reach. What you will need are:
Shaker Cup with Lid and Strainer
1.5 ounces (1 shot) Vodka (I prefer Grey Goose)
0.75 ounces (1/2 shot) Cointreau
0.75 ounces (1/2 shot) fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5 ounces Cranberry Juice Cocktail

Now that you have everything you need in front of you, let’s make the pretty pink Beach House Cosmo!
Fill Shaker Cup halfway with ice.
Add ALL the ingredients listed about. The shake, shake, shake.
Place the strainer on top of the shaker cup and pour the cocktail into your cocktail glass.
You can garnish with a lime slice since you are using lime juice. But I find that boring, so I garnish with a slice of strawberry on the rim for a pretty touch.
You can use anything you’d like. Experiment with different textures and colors. You can even rim the glass with pretty pink sugar that you make yourself with food coloring
