Green Hawaiian Beach Cocktail
Hmmm. A beach cocktail for St. Patrick’s Day? I got it! A Green Hawaiian Beach Cocktail for the win.
You may remember the Blue Hawaiian Beach Cocktail I shared. Now, here is the green version for St. Patrick’s Day.
Green Hawaiian Cocktail Ingredients
Very easy to make, starting with these ingredients:
- 1 ounce Coconut Rum
- 1/2 ounce Blue Curaçao
- 1 ounce Vodka
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- Splash 7-up, Sprite or other Lemon-Lime type soda
- Pineapple and Maraschino cherry for garnish
Green Hawaiian Beach Cocktail Directions
Now that you have everything assembled and ready to go, first, add all ingredients except the lemon-lime soda and garnish to a shaker cup with ice.

Shake, shake, shake! Pour into a hurricane or other glass and add the splash of lemon-lime soda to the top.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherry.
Enjoy first for St. Patrick’s Day, then as a refreshing drink all summer long. Tip: You can blend all the ingredients with ice for a scrumptious frozen beach cocktail.
