When you hear the word “exercise” many folks automatically think gym, treadmills, weight machines but there are other great options to get exercise in your day. Some sneaky ways you may not have even thought about. When you make exercise fun and part of your day, it doesn’t feel like exercise.  Biking and Zumba are at the top of my list for exercise because I enjoy those but there are other ways I “sneak” exercise in.

Yes I’m Plus Size and I’m Fit. End of Week Video

Couple things I want to talk to you about today but first wanted to remind you to be proud of who you are TODAY. Forget about yesterday. Don’t worry about tomorrow. Focus on right now – the present. This has been a challenge for me and one that I’ve been working on for almost 30 days now and I’m getting better. If I can do it so can you because I’m your typical high-strung type A personality.  Focus on the present.
