Couple things I want to talk to you about today but first wanted to remind you to be proud of who you are TODAY. Forget about yesterday. Don’t worry about tomorrow. Focus on right now – the present. This has been a challenge for me and one that I’ve been working on for almost 30 days now and I’m getting better. If I can do it so can you because I’m your typical high-strung type A personality.  Focus on the present.

How many times have you heard the saying “size doesn’t matter?”  I guess it depends exactly what you’re talking about but when it comes to what you are putting in your body, size does matter.   You may eat clean and exercise daily but if you are not watching the portion size for your foods, it could be the very reason why you are not losing weight.
